As a health practitioner I value whole foods, movement, purpose, emotions, listening to the body, the power of positive thoughts, connection to nature and her cycles, connection to others and the self. I appreciate wherever you are in your personal health journey, and want to hear your story!
I take my role as a health practitioner very seriously and hope to support you as a guide, partner, or teammate towards your health goals. You are so capable of achieving all that you desire, and I feel honored to help you in any way that I am able.
Born and raised in Walla Walla, Washington, it was here that I was introduced to Acupuncture, East Asian Medicine, and BioEnergetic techniques. At a very young age, these holistic modalities changed the course of my life and later inspired my career.
I attended the University of Washington to receive a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, then spent some time living in China. I moved to Portland, OR to attend the #1 ranked Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine school in the US, the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM). . In this intense Master's program I was trained in Acupuncture, traditional Chinese herbal formulas, Shiatsu, cupping, and Gua Sha.
“Every part of your life is experienced through the perspective of your physical body, and when you feel good, everything looks better. And so, there are few things of greater value than the achievement of health and physical well-being.” - Esther Hicks
